Changing of the Guard: Saturday Night Nightly changing of the guard in St Augustine, a Spanish military tradition, will be re-enacted at 7pm each Saturday through Sept. 3 in front of the Government House in the Plaza de la Constitution.

(Jun 7) Drake's Raid: Conducted by the Historic Florida Militia, the re-enactment provides an up-close look at what it was like for St. Augustine residents to defend their city against overwhelming odds. The re-enactment will feature a 16th century encampment at the Fountain of Youth on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The encampment, which will be open to the public, will feature military drills and period skill demonstrations. Saturday evening at 8 p.m. the battle will begin with swords, pikes and black powder muskets in the historic Plaza de la Constitucion in downtown St. Augustine.
