July in Saint Augustine

Changing of the Guard: Saturday Night Nightly changing of the guard in St Augustine, a Spanish military tradition, will be re-enacted at 7pm each Saturday through Sept. 3 in front of the Government House in the Plaza de la Constitution.

Flagler College Tours: Tours offered daily of the former Ponce de Leon Hotel, now Flagler College. Tour tickets can be purchased from 10am to 6pm at Flagler's Legacy 59 St George St. or 15 minutes prior to each each tour. Tours meet in the rotunda of the college. Tickets are $5 adults, $1 for children under 12. 823-3378 for tour times.

(Jul 27) The Bridge of Lions 5K which, the 3rd largest race in St Johns County, will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 7:30am. The race will begin at Castillo de San Marcos and finishes at Oglethorp Park in Davis Shores. Pre-race packet pick up/registration will be on Friday, July 26, 2013, 3:00-7:00PM at the Ponce de Leon Mall.
